Building a D and I Function From Scratch
I think it's super important to create a workplace where people can have those conversations and be vulnerable we can all kind of see each other from a different viewpoint. What you've built multiple H and I organizations in organizations in businesses, what would be your top advice for your colleagues who are coming into an organization and building a D and I function from scratch? We're not therapists right and we cannot rescue those people or give them to. And we can listen and then refer them right or give them recommendations okay not to be okay and it's okay you know you can reach out to this. Therapist for example you get more guidance on it and so on.
