I often used to work really late at night just to finish something. I don't do that anymore. It's a waste of time. My co-PM on the team, one of his favorite things is I go for a walk at lunchtime and it goes for a walk just to think. Another person on the team runs every lunchtime. That's her way of recalibrating and resetting for the rest of the day. And thinking about back to how do you make your time more efficient.
