Is There a Bias in Mental Health?

I actually saw this really interesting tick-tock by a black mental health professional who was talking about why a lot of black people get misdiagnosed as schizophrenics. A diagnosis of schizophrenia requires much longer hospitalization it requires heavier drugs and all these things that basically it's a form of social control like diagnosing people with more intense mental health conditions. All mental health diagnoses are biased because they are made by people so there is no way to remove human bias from the ways that people are diagnosed.
