A good rule of thumb is if there's any evidence of billiary obstruction then you need to have GI involved and we can help assess if they have underlying billiary obstruction. The outcomes with a syndic colon and jitis can be so poor make sure you have a very high index of suspicion for this presentation as it's the most dangerous manifestation of all of these biliary pathologies.
