Philosopher in training goes back into the cave to have political experiences. Only then, after that 30 year training, are they ready to see and understand the form of the good. But i think it's important to realize that this doesn't necessarily mean that these philosophers are moving out of their monastery and into,. like, the hustle and bustle of the city.
