Is There a Covert Campaign in Ukraine?
Finland's National Law Enforcement Agency has warned that weapons being shipped to Ukraine are ending up in the hands of criminal gangs. A Finnish broadcaster YLE reported on Sunday that a preliminary investigation found that criminals in Finland may have captured military arms sent to Ukraine. So again, there's been virtually no oversight for these weapons that are being poured into Ukraine.
