The John Nine Connection, Is It Altruistic?

Amy, i'm just one kill, smoothy, your essential oil away from being non disabled. I've had everything from people trying to exercise my demons to people holding me down while praying for me. And along with that, a lot of condemnation about if i just believed enough, i would be fixed. Amy, why do they do that in your opinion? Is it purely altruistic?
