Is There a Pressure Cooker?

We've ended up in a situation like ireland without thinking about it very much. Not because any politicians wanted to replace the population or had some kind of grand design, but because of a seroph economic and other decisions. How do we make sure that our societies don't end up like so many diverse societies perfore in the past? So that's the bad news. But i actually have a more positive view of wheee we art, especially compared to most ives societies in the history of the world. And so i i've tried to develop theop an optimistic vision in this book for for how we can make this experiment work.
