Mentoring a High School Robotics Program in Georgia?
At the high school level and older building real robots requires access to a slightly different set of resources. We provide a full machine shop we have actually two machine shops on site one for my laboratory and the kids can come over and use it if their machine shop doesn't have what they need. The biggest challenge with the program is mentors and coaches so we're going to start a coaching coach development program which will be an active part of our strategy going forward. I'm jealous but more than anything you know we have people who work with the kids and who believe them.
