John Avlon: There is a lack of action up to this point on the climate crisis. We have devastating effects all across Florida, all over the Pacific Northwest when it came to heat waves that were historic over the past couple of years. He says there's been 15 category four and five hurricanes over the last hundred years; 10 of them occurred before 1965 since. Avlon: Often places go discounted when the folks who live there are folks who have been historically left behind.
