If you can move and do jiu-jitsu, you're going to be strong at 250 pounds. Even if he's like an obese guy, guess what? He's strong,. I mean, he moves 350 pounds around every single day. So for big strong guys, that might mean something like don't use your strength but it doesn't mean that using strength is bad. It's not useless. What I would tell people to do is be technical."
