I think that the way in which I deal with being part of a group is It comes naturally that I tend to lead the group, okay, yeah. Once I know enough about the topic I make a call and then people follow the call even if the call is not the right call because everybody follows the call it becomes the right call. There's nothing wrong with not being the number one as in the the color But you might be the best supporter or Operations guy for your team. You just figure out who you are the problem right now.
