How to Give Good Feedback?

Jo withe, i think there are two parts to giveing feedback. One is giving good feedback and that it's something that people can actually amit gives them an anchor of something to actually think about. But then he listening to how they respond to what you say and need, if need, be attending to how they feel about that in an empatic way. Try to make it a collaborative process. I think it's all three. It's exali it weeds together.
