Is It Normal to Have a Scouser Accent?

When you spend time with people who speak in a certain way, you tend to copy the way they speak. Communities tend to develop specific accents and dialects because they define themselves by belonging to that community. So I suppose if you consider yourself to be a scouser, then, you know, your accent is part of your, your culture, isn't it?
