Ice is different in deep space, as opposed to here on Earth. It's from different molecules, not water molecules, but other properties. We've got ammonia ice and carbon dioxide ice - which we call Laurie. Don't stick your tongue to that, by the way. Do not. Chuck speaking from experience, it sounds like.
