When she was a teenager, i used to read books in the second hand bookshop until my mum came home. I would spend money on men tors and master mine programmes - but it got to a point where i was actually spending too much time on that. When i started coaching ten years ago, i resisted being a coach because i just had this stigma around it. Not realizing that people who are motivated by self-improvement should invest in everything they do. And there's one myth that i think really annoys me in world is that you shouldn't implement things outside of your comfort zone. That can look very weird to the outside world.
