The market has been very oversold by many measures the entire year. The secondary indicators have not really worked the market again, Charles Harris says. Use them in conjunction with the follow-through day or at least use them with the knowledge that they aren't always going to be accurate and you can lose 20% right so you know there it's hard to time.
