The Importance of Lies

The Russian Chinese alliance makes a lot of sense for them both at the moment. But in the very long term, is Russia's place with China? Are they going to send their kids to university in Shanghai in Beijing? By property? No, I doubt it. Not if you've known Russia and lived there and stuff. It would require a real, I don't know, revolutionary cultural change that would be pretty intense. And I don't think it's going to happen.
