The Fed Is Going to Say, Yes, We Have This Strong Economy
The mining stock shrugged off weakness in the overall stock market and instead had a big gain. Were were up better than 30 dollars an ounce at one point. We closed up about 25 dollars. Silver a strong day too, up 51 cents. But a lot of strength in the mining stocks. Now i'm not willing to say that the turn has happened. For sure, i'd like to see a bigger move up in the price of gold before i con says with a high degree of certainty that we have made this shift.
