How to Be More Intentional With Food

For me, my favorite holiday is thanksgiving, ecause it's just about the food. So i wish yo have learned that one of those holidays where it all my favourite stuff, could i have food senactivities? It will throw me off for a week. S i learnd to really, really be very more intentional about those kind of choice that i'm making. That's a great lesson that it takes us a lot of time to learn too. And i think it gets back to what we talked about earlier with the accountability army, or setting up the structure. The critical part there is your intentionality in putting that structure in place to allow others to help keep you accountable.
