DOJ Guidance on Compensation Incentives

A pilot program regarding compensation incentives takes effect on March 15 the odds of March and it applies to all corporate resolutions involving the DOJ criminal division. This is a focus from DOJ on individual accountability and corporate criminal enforcement so that pilot program I'm not clear besides it being a three year program who it all applies to but people should read up on that as well.
