The Importance of Education in Product Design

i think education is the ultimate anti-fragility and if there's a little loop to the side where you get educated about the path here and there then then you sort of increase this sovereignty through education over time. i used every single ux product design less than i had ever learned to like do the opposite deliberately so there was a modal it interrupted you there was no x button you can't click out of it uh the the height of the panel was different every time you click through and so the buttons would hop around but i just wanted them to slow down, that's we're doing the same thing with metamask and the confirmation screens now right?
