Are You a Solopreneur?

I don't think of myself as a solopreneur. We have W2 employees. Was that a conscious shift or was that always the plan? None of you. Ironically, this was not scripted listeners. The plan was how can I create a life that is in harmony with what I want to do and how I want to live it? It's actually very hard. With W2 employees, you have a direct incentive that says, I'm making a commitment to you. And so then they'll show it back to you.
