Having an idea of how to hold a conversation is fundamental to what we're doing, right? Yeah, absolutely. It's actually pretty simple. You just need to listen and really do like dial in to what's being said. As long as you're listening, whatever comes next is inherently going to be related. And for conversational AI applications, if they're not listening and they're not able to understand, that's fundamentally a broken system,. That's mainly the only job or half of the job is listening and understanding.
