The Best Piece of Advice I've Gotten

"I think this was a piece of advice that you gave me Ryan when I first started at Netflix was like don't be scared to ask what I don't want to call them stupid questions," he said. "There's a humility in it that's really good for building relationships with the people that you're working with but also there's bound to be someone else in the room who has that same question so it really pokes away at the problem too" He added, "Sometimes when I forget um when I get a little too oriented on the like oh I know the answer and I'm like no no no ask the stupid question first and then provide your opinion."
