UXLX is a UX conference held in Lisbon, Portugal. A lot of companies are trying to hire UX people and they're starting to get lured by the field. "I've lived in UK for four years so that's my only ground for comparison," says one Portuguese designer. 'They're ahead of us in many aspects as well,' he adds.
