i was a professional athlete, and kind o still am. i just can't work out four days a week. I've lowered it down to two or three days, or sometimes one day. Just finding that balance and being ok with that. My little guy is a chunker, and he's starting to walk so hopefully he'll start doing more walking. Now he's so heavy an my body.
