Ukraine could not do what it's doing without western support. They've destroyed a lot of military gear on the russian side, but at great expense in money and materials that they're getting asafe from the united states. Our congress has approved forty billion dollars in authorizations, and just about all that has been used. The other half has been humanitarian assistance.
