The Scotch Schedule Is No Longer Fit for Purpose
Family court's inimical job to find out just where the bright line between unhappiness and abuse lies. In a serious case of abuse, then allocating two weeks to a fat finding hearing may be exactly what's required. The criticism has grown that these scotch schedules are too restrictive and don't enable the full picture to be put forward.
