I would also say too, you know, being on the lookout for signs of burnout or emotional or compassion fatigue. If you need to do 10 hours of hot yoga a day just to get through your therapeutic practice, you may want to think your mode of therapeutic practice as opposed to doing like 20 more hours of hot Yoga.
