I was like kind of the most self deprecating and self conscious I'd been in my life. And so I think part of my journey was like figuring out what were all these self limiting beliefs I've had. So I wrote them down and then I've tried to figure out like, how do I turn those action into things that serve me in my life? There's this book called the big leap which is used to explore your childhood and sort of different things you learned. For 30 minutes straight, I just draw it down. Every way could find business ideas from fondest memories of my dad to if I wanted to write a Pixar movie. The one rule is it has to have
