NFP Doesn't Work?

There are times when the couple is not using a method properly. Other times is that they were taught improperly or they learned it from Facebook. My response is always, bring me your chart. I want to see what's happening. Then you can really troubleshoot that and try and get them up and running on a different method with better teaching.
