Bees that feed on rhododendron nectar produce honey containing a narrow toxin. It induces light headedness or even hallucinations in small doses, and can actually cause ceizures or death in excess. Mad honey does primarily come from turkey, so presumably it's a more a thing for certain varieties than others.
