Paternity Leaf - Is It Important?
i think paternity leaf in general is something that is really helpful. Because if you spend more time with the kids early on, you want a lot more with them and are less afraid of taking care of them. And especially first months, it's crucial. You need help. As as a mother, yes. And so i think the dads play a key role in making this more equal, also at home in any sense.
