Agile - Is There a Magic Dust?

In the early days, I found myself kind of involved with a lot of organizations that culturally didn't work in agile way or whatever. As is exactly the same with any other type of technology, it was no different to anything I'd experienced prior with the web and stuff like that. So my personal approach, and this might sound a bit weird, is I try to find within and potentially out slightly outside of the project team, a couple of really keen advocates internal to the organization.
