You tend to overextend yourself and then you end up feeling overwhelmed, depleted and resentful. That's a sign that you need better boundaries around your time and energy. You either take on more than you can or you won't accept help from people you won't ask for help. And we have to really get curious about what we're afraid would happen if we didn't live that way.
