I think there are reactions to certain things that cause a lot of unintended consequences. How do we do things anda in a constructive way that's responsible, that hasas the end in mind? I'm looking at my iphone right nowad the pen that i'm holding, you know. These are very tough transitions to make, even for, you know, folks who who think that they don't like plastic.
