Every poor country in Asia, Africa, and Latin America now has a choice they didn't have before. For the first time in a century, those countries can play off the United States and its allies on the one hand against China andIts allies on the other. They are now selling oil, as are other countries, in other currencies, especially the Chinese Yuan. The U.S actually has to compete against the Chinese and they're losing the competition.
