What's the Employment Situation in Western Michigan?

West Michigan not exempt from the trends of the rest of the country is experiencing. I think that's an opportunity that we have as employers where we get to design that work environment in a way that becomes a place of attraction. If people find that that place of stability in that place where opportunities are given and they know there's a structure to help them work through how to take advantage of those opportunities, I think we're better off.
