The Value of Thinking in Leadership Training
Evaluation came out of social science methodology, it's heavily methodologically driven. The larger issue is what we've come to call evaluative thinking. Capacities become a really big deal in evaluation because people associate with technical things. But that capacity is built in and is a leadership capacity.
