Windows 10 x never actually made it to market as an official release, so these were only released in beta. The sounds for windows 11 are based on the same kind of underlying archtypes, based on the contour and music of language,. but they're much shorter. They even designed a start up sound that was meant to fit in with a lineage going back almost 30 years, just to see it slip through fingers at the last minute.
