I fell into every, every pitfall you could ever make from strategy hopping to buying black box type things. I have very poor risk management and there's no good or bad forms of trading as long as you have good risk management. But if you're a new trader and you're like in your first year or two, I would highly recommend staying away from day trading. In the UK, only 0.1% of the nation that actually trade. So at any point in time, there's about 100,000 traders in the UK trading who are losing hand over fist.
