The Young Earth Creationist Viewpoint

The bible teaches that there was no animal or human death before the fall of adam and eve. The geological record of rock layers and fossils could not have been millions of years before the fall. This is probably the biggest argument for the young earth creationist view. And evolution, awe all know, depends on the death of animals in order to produce a new kind. So if sin is not yet in the world, why is there death? Why is there suffering, even among animals and plants, inorder to produce life?
