I see this all the time in my data, these tax credits, like legislation that is written so specifically that only one firm would qualify for this. And i think it's important to try and understand those interactions. It's a really tricky measurement problem. Ihand one more thing i wanted to talk about about tis sort of the background that i found interesting here in your paper, which is that there's actualy a market that has developed around this. There's an industry, right? Then there's consultants that help farms solicit bids from different jurisdictions. And i found that background to be really interesting.
