How to Hire a Product Oriented Founder

If you've never hired for it before, it's hard to know what gray looks like. You want somebody whose achievement oriented and who has been successful in the past. There are other things that i would be doing to like past success dos 't necessarily they'll be successful selling your product. The more degrees of overlap there are wt what you're currently doing and what they did before, i think you can feel more comfortable that that success will translate into yours.
