i feel like personally like i'm a more well-rounded and better athlete now than i've ever been yeah. If someone had the proper flexibility and stability so at a solid program there was very technically proficient in the lifts or the sport that they're doing. To really get a full breath you have to keep your abdominal wall quite flexible otherwise your abs are like a trampoline that gets tighter and tighter  and every time you inhale your diaphragm has to force all your internal organs down and out against the spring of that abdominal wall. Joel Goldthwaite identified the average person was only using twothirds of their normal resting breathing capacity because of postural imbalances
