i read dave aspe's wife's book. Is called the better baby book. And i don't agree with everything in the book, but some things, io, were amazing nuggets. Im eating things like oysters, beef liver, bee pollen to get copper to help move my iron. magnesium helps everything balance out. It's like the clean flower be and so that one's been a huge focus of mine. I keep it pretty simple. Sometimes i take vitam and k or a few other things, but for the most part, i'm not us to take like 30 supplements a day.
