What Is a Coronagraph?

We already have a lot of catalogs of these objects. We know about them, but we don't know much about them. And now what we can do that hasn't been done before is to look for the starlight that goes through the atmosphere of the planet on its way to our telescope. So this is a very tricky thing. If it has an atmosphere, it can change the spectrum because molecules in the Atmosphere absorb wavelengths and not others. That means the planet looks bigger at some wavelengths than others. But there's a really hard measure with it. It doesn't mean there's no life. It just means that we can't tell.
