The Consensus Around Changes to Improve Privacy on a Blockchain?
Schnorr is like intrinsically a soft fork because it's a new feature whereas CT, I mean I've heard people argue about whether it's a hard fork or not but that's not really the point today. Schnorr itself, the base signature algorithm as you know invented by Klaus Schnorr around 1990s or so is fundamentally more secure than DSA or ECDSA. But there is a change there in the security assumption of the whole system which isn't with Bitcoin yet. And I'd love to see some form of CT available to Bitcoin users and how it's going to be used. You could argue it's debatable because every user can already move coins into the liquid side chain
