The Importance of Dividends

The leap a lot of people made from dividends in the 0% rate world were then call options. People look at call options and say I'm getting like a 14% dividend yield which is of course not the same thing. If you're gonna do dividends there's two massive things you have to incorporate so God bless you do dividends that's that's I'm fine with that but there's two things you haveto incorporate if you don't you're gonna end up at that minus 30% return.
